Yes, they promise prompt service and even charge you more for it. But what I got was a beautiful bunch of Roses (33 to be exact) that wilted and died because the courier left them at her front door when she didn't answer. My instructions were to deliver to her neighbor if no one was home. That never happened. So when she finally got home the flowers we 2 days without any water or anything (because the courier never followed instructions). Next time I will find another florist who actually delivers the flowers to a real person, not just a doorstep.

This is my second time using Chinalove214 and it would be my last. First of all, I was very disappointed when I found out that there was no card with sender’s Name attached to the delivery and also there were only 11 roses, instead of 12. Please be honest with what you do in this life, it means a lot. Thank you!

For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
