I would like to comment in a positive way on Chinalfowers thank you for such a rapid and excellent service. My order was fast although there were a few roses missing from the bouquet that I ordered. On request Chinaflower corrected the order and sent out the missing roses almost immediately in the same day. I ordered at very short notice less than 24 hours in advance and the flowers were delivered on time and in excellent condition. - Mich***The flowers that were delivered looked nothing at all like what I paid for. I paid for an arrangement of roses with greens, with a lot of volume, in a vase. What I got was ONLY roses, clumped together in a vase, just barely tall enough to stick out of the vase... and all the same height. NOT what you advertised. Plus, I paid EXTRA for the “deluxe” package, which is supposed to give it more greens, and there were ZERO. It isn’t even the same vase, or ribbon! Plus the delivery driver did NOT follow the instructions I left. He just called the recipient and made her come out to meet him, even though she doesn’t speak Chinese and there were specific instructions on where to leave the flowers. I wish I could post the photos here of what was received.

For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.

The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
