- carl***Some of the roses were brown when they were delivered. They were in such bad shape that the delivery driver called the recipient to let her know that he picked up the flowers in this condition and they were not damaged during delivery. I understand that the flowers were delivered on 5/20 Valentines Day and demand is very high. But I also paid extra to have the delivered on this day. So, the expectation is the flower company would provide healthy flowers.

Also, i was looking for the total cost in Australian dollar but could not find it. it would be nice to know the exact amount to be paid in the respective country's currency. For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.

The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
