Customer Reviews
Super service! Thank you.
- Mart***I added 5 dollars for deluxe package, does not worth it Flower is fine, just the wrapper looks so cheap
- Cind***This is my 5th time I have used this company and this time they have exceeded ALL expectations. I ordered Roses early for Valentines Day, fearing a rush. The roses were delivered beautifully but unbeknown to me the recipient was off work because of the virus (because she had travelled). So the roses were left at her work but she was not allowed back there for another week. Chinaflower214 then arranged for a replacement bunch of roses to be sent to her home the next day. THANK YOU ChinaFlower you are amazing and I will continue to use and recommend you. Fabulous customer service.
- Stev***The flowers I bought were beautifully packed, looked very nice as well. The only thing is that the delivery man was kind of rude. So that's the reason for 3 stars.
- bowe***Excellent service
- Fred***Ordered from Europe at night before sleep, when waking up I already received the happy photos of the receiver! Great service, quality of flowers looks great! It was for Valentines Day, hence the shop charged a steep mark-up (around 50%), but might be a common thing in China I guess. Not too happy about that, would have preferred to order a larger flower set for the budget. But from perspective of quality and reliability, this service lived up to my expectations (or even exceeded it in terms of speed of delivery). Any time again - preferably not during major "flower days", which then makes the price all reasonable.
- RH***Excellent services and very satisfy with the services
