I ordered for the first time, found Chinaflower214 from Google search, the site looked clean and purchase flow looks legit, and paypal is acceptable, so i bought. I am very unhappy with your services for the following reasons: 1. You delivered the flowers without my message. No message, nothing at all. There is no impact in receiving the present. Please check your message system. Did you not receive my message? 2. The flowers look stale and are definitely not fresh. 3. I did not expect cheap Ferrero Rocher chocolates. These were not the chocolates on your picture in your website. 4. I thought I ordered deluxe packing. It certainly does not look like deluxe. 5. I am terribly disappointed.

For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
