Extremely disappointed in the quality of the bouquet that was delivered. It bore very little resemblance to the picture online and was not wrapped well. In addition the card chosen for a Mother's Day bouquet was not appropriate. There was no attempt by the seller to address my concerns apart from disagreeing with me.
