First time customer, excellent experience! It is amazing to me that you have found a way to so quickly and accurately deliver flowers from how the other side of the world I am very impressed.

The arrangements I ordered at a very high price were not in the containers and just delivered in plastic bags. There were meant to be 12 pink roses in each arrangement and 12 white carnations. Was impressed with the fast delivery but the arrangements themselves were very disappointing.

Of course I didn't told her about it. I find this company and charge them to delivery beautiful flower in time to my love. They did that perfectly. Thank you for the happy birthday .

I am very unhappy with your services for the following reasons: 1. You delivered the flowers without my message. No message, nothing at all. There is no impact in receiving the present. Please check your message system. Did you not receive my message? 2. The flowers look stale and are definitely not fresh. 3. I did not expect cheap Ferrero Rocher chocolates. These were not the chocolates on your picture in your website. 4. I thought I ordered deluxe packing. It certainly does not look like deluxe. 5. I am terribly disappointed.

I made the order so the flowers will be delivered on the 12, but instead they were delivered on the 11.

The flowers were beautiful and delivered with care. I would recommend this florist to others.
