99 red roses

I was really impressed by this service! I ordered a cake online from sweden to my friend who is studying in china. Everything was really smooth and the cake was delivered in time with good communication.

Well I don't know what to say. My friend fell and hurt her back. I thought some flowers would Cheer her up. You guys delivered a great bouquet with in half a day. It Is beautiful and she is happy. Great job. Chris

I don't usually write bad reviews however I have felt the need to this time for future customers to be aware. I had recently ordered flowers for my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary. As we are in a long distance relationship, it was crucial for the flowers to be delivered perfectly as a surprise. Unfortunately, there were a couple of things that dissatisfied my surprise plan. Firstly, the card message that was supposedly have been sent with the flowers were undelivered. Secondly, I paid extra to add a white rose to the single red rose which was also nowhere to be seen. Lastly, when the flowers got delivered, the delivery man had revealed to my boyfriend asking where he could leave the rose as he was not at home at that time. It would have been better if they had not revealed what the delivery was for private reasons Due to the unsuccessful suprise event, the plan was ruined and I will not be recommending or buying flowers from here again.

Was almost 12 hrs late but finally delivered

I am very thankful for your service. The delivery is very quick and the person who delivered was a very patient person to wait for my future wife to come and receive the flowers I sent to her. I ordered my flower a few days ago and they sent a wrong order to my friend and I sent an email to query. Within an hour they replied and this morning it's been redelivered again.

Flowers were received at time, and they looked pretty beautiful. Also the delivery service was great, they contact my girlfriend in order to give to her the flowers since it was kinda hard to deliver it to her address. Great service!

Managed to change the delivery address on the eleventh hour through the responsive Online Support. The bouquet delivered is so beautiful that it brightened up the day of my friend who was sick. 2nd time delivering flowers to my loved ones in Shanghai this month. Superb service and beautiful flowers. Highly recommended.
