Ordered and received text on the delivery day saying I sent them the wrong number. I sent the number back and they were still able to deliver it on the intended day.

I wanted to say a big thank you for delivering the flowers on time. My partner was very please with the flowers, it made his day and they made the fact that he was away from home on his birthday feel special and loved. Your delivery time was when it said it was, so that he was in the hotel when they arrived. Again, a big thank you. And, I'll be recommending your site and services to everyone who's loved one is away from home and in China.

I ordered a TerryBear and 12 Roses package. I email ahead asking if it's possible to change the 12 Pink Roses to 12 Red Roses and the reply telling to add on the comment before paying/checkout. So I did what I was guided to do. Following is what I wrote on as request and I can't believe they actually type all these instructions on a piece of paper and sent it with the flowers. This is just embarrassing to say the least!!!!

The flowers I ordered were supposed to have a little bear with them. But the bear was missing.
