I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I know I was told that the flowers will be delivered on Mother's Day, but I never thought it'd be this late because my mom didn't receive her flowers until after 9:00pm on Mother's Day. And when she received them, the flowers looked totally different than the picture as shown on the website. My mom loves red roses and lilies so I ordered 33 red roses with 3 pink lilies for her but instead she received some white and pink roses with some random mixed flower in a basket. I understand there could be a shortage for the flowers during special holidays, but at least the customer should be informed if that's the case. Not happy with the whole experience.

I can highly recommend this company to anyone around the world , with me living in Australia and my Girlfriend living in China the question was how to show her how much I loved and missed her. This company was unbelievable with on time delivery and the most wonderful flowers ,so many thanks to all your employees So thank you for everything John

First of all delivery was late for more than an hour, what for did I payed 10$???? The most surprising thing is that your note looks so pathetic, just a peace of paper with my text written by somebody by hand in ugly way with mistakes, not even printed, you made me look like a fool! Is that normal for your company?
