The flowers were beautiful, but I ordered the bouquet with red and gold deluxe wrapping. That was not what my daughter-in-law received. Disappointed that I took such care selecting what I wanted. Also, it would be nice if the sender received a picture of the actual flowers, as they were delivered.

Ordered early on Friday, flowers delivered midday on Saturday (Valentine's Day). Impressive service and all instructions & requests were correctly carried out. Only disappointment was the price for all flowers was increased on the day before Valentine's and a $10 USD "festival" charge for Valentines Day was added. The lesson here is order early. i have been a loyal customer for chinaflower, 2 cakes and 3 bouquets in 3 months?!... I'm pretty happy about these gifts and so my gf. It's just this time i want to send her a fat/cute(like describe in the site) teddy bear that cost 67+10(shipping fee) totaling $77! And i'm bewildered on what she got... A cheap looking bear that you can seem to find anywhere else! I know it may look different a bit because of the area, but it's totally nowhere and i mean that, NO WHERE CLOSE to the one i purchased. I went to sent a complaint through cs and got bo freaking reply. Now i can't access live chat, after i sent out my complaint, live chat always say no officer online! Wtf! I'm so disappointed!!! You lose a good one chinaflower...

For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.

The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
