Customer Reviews
They marked my order as delivered but the recipient never received them. When I sent them an email, they called the RECIPIENT and apologized to THEM saying they did not have time because of the workload today. So if I had not said anything, they would have just taken my money and not done anything. This is really poor service.
- Matt***Perfect service. Always the right product delivered at the right time to the right person
- Seba***They were pretty but not delivered at the correct time. So it took her a bit to get them due to the lobby being closed but, they were pretty and made her day.
- Shar***I have used China Flower 214 on three occasions to send flowers and gifts to my daughter who moved to China a year ago. Every time the flowers have been fresh and gorgeous! I've also had chocolates delivered and this last time a fruit basket that was incredible!!! Deliveries have been on schedule. This last time there was an issue with my daughters phone number and they worked with me to get things fixed. I greatly appreciate them helping me to help my daughter feel the love from home!
- Deni***Have been ordering flowers through China Flower 214 for a lengthy amount of time and have never been let down. All orders have been executed to quality and in time. Thank you!
