I can’t stop telling everyone how great this company is. Not only did they send beautiful flowers, AND a cake to my friend in Jilin, but they did it in about 4 hours! This company represents all that is great about a global economy. I’m located in California. Normaly it would take weeks to send a gift to my friend. And it might get stopped by customs (has happened). So this was perfect! And they have paypal! It was so easy. And they communicated with me quickly to resolve a problem. Flowers look fresh & delivery was on time

Order ID - 2006142338477 Date of Order June 15, 2020 The flowers were delivered in a timely manner. But one day later most of the petals have fallen off. The Roses appear to be very old and fresh. I have ordered many times and the bouquet always lasts for a week. But this time only one day. I am so disappointed. Is a replacement possible? Thank you. David
