Some vendors would deny or obfuscate, but in your ase, you immediately investigated and replied to me and then the first time you could repair the problem, you did. That makes your a 5-Star in my playbook. I hope you continue to have such excellent customer relations, it is the difference between you and the rest of the competition. Great service will use again delivered flowers for me in China to someone as I live in UK

Just wanted to tell you that the arrrangment to sent was not even close to what the deluxe flowers looked like in your ad. I am very unhappy with the arrangement. I wish I could add pictures to show you the flowers my wife received. Embarrassing. I will file a complaint with PayPal. Hopefully I can send pictures of your product and the quality of the flowers.

I have used this company on several occasions now and cannot fault them. Their service and product is absolutely outstanding. It is also so easy to order from them. The prices are also very reasonable. Well done. I will be ordering again from them and won't be using anyone else.

They marked my order as delivered but the recipient never received them. When I sent them an email, they called the RECIPIENT and apologized to THEM saying they did not have time because of the workload today. So if I had not said anything, they would have just taken my money and not done anything. This is really poor service.
