ChinaFlower214 has done it again… I have always gotten outstanding service from these people, but they have outdone themselves this time. When I inadvertently entered the wrong address for delivery to my wife for the Mid-Autumn Festival, as soon as they were notified, they arranged a new order and had it sent to the correct location. And then (without my even having to ask), they promptly refunded me for the erroneous order. Thanks so much to you all at ChinaFlower214!!!

It is hard living half a world away from my son and his wife. It brings us such peace to know we can connect with them by sending them flowers on special occasions and China Flower 214 has always done a wonderful job. Most recently I had forgotten to update my son's new address. When no one was home they called him and he was unable to answer. They then went above and beyond and texted him. When he told them of the address change, they re-delivered the flowers to him promptly that same morning! This is a first class operation and we will continue to use them to stay connected to my son. Thank you so much for all you do!

Thanks to Chinaflower 214 for the extraordinary service. The purchase process was very simple and reliable. The delivery was on the day and at the time I expected. The flower bouquet arrived in perfect condition, and the message I enclosed was very well presented. I even had a mistake in the delivery address and the courier had an excellent attitude to get the flowers to the right place. As my wife loves flowers, I'm sure I'll be a customer of Chinaflower 214 more times. Thanks to the whole team!

Dont use this company, it can not be trusted. I ordered and payed for flowers to be deliverd for Qixi. There was no problem to order or to pay. But the delivery was another story. As they sell flowers which they dont have available and dont substitute no flowers was delivered. Never again.
