Nineteen Roses Mixed

My gf loves the flowers.

Ordering was easy and no complications. Delivery was on time. However, went I received the photos from the receiver, I noticed the chocolate in the order was Dove brand and not Ferroro Rocher as in the order. I have written to China Flower214 and at this stage I am still waiting for a response. The right thing to do is to send the correct chocolate today and apologise for the mistake.

ChinaFlower214.com is fast and reliable, I have used them twice now and each time from order to delivery was easy and fast. I have never had any problems and the flowers are beautiful! I usually pay the extra $5.00 for the deluxe package and I add chocolates and my wife loves them!

The package was delivered to a depot but had been classified as delivered. Previous service was exceptional, but not this time, I would still use your service.

I purchased beautiful flowers and a wonderful large fruit basket. Customer service was great and my purchase was delivered with a few hours of my order. I am really pleased and will definitely purchase again - everything was perfect!

Extremely happy with the service and end result. Flowers were delivered within the agreed time slot, were fresh and looked liked the picture online. Payment was quick, simple and transparent with all costs given upfront. One happy customer and recipient of said flowers, even the delivery guy was smiling when they were delivered. Will be my preferred choice for future orders.

I’m in California, USA. This is the second time I have used this company to send my friend flowers in China. There flowers and gift selection are fantastic, good prices. The ordering system is outstanding and so easy to use. They send several notifications by email. Great staff....

Thank you. Delivery time was perfect as requested. Overall, I think I have no regret at all doing business with your company.
