I would like to comment in a positive way on Chinalfowers thank you for such a rapid and excellent service. My order was fast although there were a few roses missing from the bouquet that I ordered. On request Chinaflower corrected the order and sent out the missing roses almost immediately in the same day. I ordered at very short notice less than 24 hours in advance and the flowers were delivered on time and in excellent condition. The price was price was very acceptable with no hidden costs and the service was excellent. Thank you Chinaflowers214 the recipient was over the moon with joy!

I paid additional to request for a morning delivery. to my surprise, right up until 5pm today, the flowers did not get delivered. I was not informed about this at all and my girlfriend works from 8am - 5pm. This was why i requested morning delivery. At 520pm, when my girlfriend was on her way home, then your delivery man called her. She had to go all the way back to office despite already being on her way home. I am really disappointed with the delivery service and time consciousness of this company. Last year, you delivered the flowers on the wrong date for my girlfriend too, which made her almost fell out with me and scolding me heartless for remembering her birth date wrongly. And not even a year has passed, this happened again. I really doubt the trustworthiness of your company. Really disappointed
