I have probably over 20 orders through cf214 over the past three+ years. I have never had a negative experience. Delivery is always on time. Customer service is also great. If there is ever a change they are there with an immediate reply, even if it’s not considered “business hours” there at my hour here in the states. Wish American companies ran this well and cared about their customers patronage as much as cf214 does. Thanks!

the Cake was good quality. the fruit on the top of cake and cake itself are really fresh. the delivery is as promising-fast and in time, but the deluxe package and handwriting on the cake were weird, which doesn't serve it for the purpose-THANKS. when we order, we didn't write any information regarding Romantic story and birthday's information. I was wondering where comes from "Romantic heart" and "Happy birthday". Would you please make a beautiful card for the information we left in the order and do not make a note on the paper instead? which doesn't show any respect for both way.

I have used ChinaFlower214 on 6 different occasions, ordering from Australia for a delivery in China and on each occasion the flowers and gifts where of top quality, and delivered on time. My last order 11/2022 had the incorrect delivery address and I did not find out till 3am, so I texted the new address to ChinaFlower214 and it was delivered to the new address with no problems.
