Hello dear all. My order number is had been delivered but i am so sad, about Teddy bear was a very big different. I did order an exquisite teddy bear, but the recipient got it a very poor quality teddy bear. I did writing more times online support, but I didn’t get it any answer. For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
