So one day while playing the cat game Neko Atsume, this cat came along and gave me a brochure.. I was like what is this and clicked on it and brought me to this website. It delivered flowers in Beijing and was actually in English, so I decided to try it today.. I'm no good at picking flowers and this is my first time buying flowers online so I spent conservatively and also gave a pretty tight timeline, I ordered at 0850 hrs for a before 1200 hrs delivery, thinking that it will probably arrive in the afternoon if it was Singapore timing (well as long as not at night when she's not in)... they delivered on time! They marked my order as delivered but the recipient never received them. When I sent them an email, they called the RECIPIENT and apologized to THEM saying they did not have time because of the workload today. So if I had not said anything, they would have just taken my money and not done anything. This is really poor service.

First time using an online service and I didn't expected the roses might reach on time as I ordered in the evening at about 12am time in the UK and it was 7 am back in china. As mention on the system I input at same day delivery at 10am and she did received it on time too with fresh roses on.
