I ordered some flowers and chocolate for my girlfriend which both were really expansive (in the end even more than it was stated) and ordered in time delivery for extra 10 dollars so it would be delivered at 9am. It got delivered at 1pm and before that they called like a hundred times and were really annoying. I also had problems the last time so I would not recommend to buy anything here.

You are always efficient and fast and provide beautiful flowers. But, the difference in being good and great is when a problem occurs and how you will solve it. Some vendors would deny or obfuscate, but in your ase, you immediately investigated and replied to me and then the first time you could repair the problem, you did. That makes your a 5-Star in my playbook. I hope you continue to have such excellent customer relations, it is the difference between you and the rest of the competition.
