We needed to send a gift to our daughter and husband in Shanghai on the occasion of their wedding anniversary. We decided to send them an orchid plant. They marked my order as delivered but the recipient never received them. When I sent them an email, they called the RECIPIENT and apologized to THEM saying they did not have time because of the workload today. So if I had not said anything, they would have just taken my money and not done anything. This is really poor service.

The special girl that received the red roses was really surprised and super happy. I was also sent a couple of pictures of the flowers, they looked very similar to the image of the sample image. The only complaint I have is customer service took a fairly long time to get back to me, but I understand due to it being Valentine's Day. Thank you for making it a special day for a special girl, in turn also special day for me.
