I am not satisfied with the actual flowers delivered. Compare to the photos, it different so much. I choose premium package, the actual package is lousy.

Placed my order from the US yesterday, and today delivered in China!! I will be back to shop here again!

I have ordered flowers 6 times and had good results 3 times and bad results 3 times. In one case the flowers were junky and my friend was offended. They resent with another florist, but the damage was done. On the most recent order, they used the card from my previous order. Small mistake, but I wanted it to say Happy Birthday on her Birthday. I sent three emails and never got a response as to how they would resolve this. They never did. I am trying again next week. My 7th order in the last 6 months Last try. If the flowers, card and delivery are not accurate, this will be my last time to use this service. Please keep your fingers crossed for me. It seems like a roll of the dice whether everything is right or not.

I sent my girlfriend who is visiting family in China a bouquet of flowers. I was worried it may not get there. The flowers arrived on time and girlfriend and her family liked very much!!!! Great job, I will use China flower 214 again.
