Hi I delighted with the concept of: The ability to ordering flowers to send to those special loved ones in our lives who are out of everyday reach, in my case overseas. The range is fantastic, I think there are enough arrangements to cover all situations, all occasions, and tastes. There is too a range in prices to suit the budget. Web site/ ordering is reasonably straight forward. There is the options of payment methods. I like PayPal. Online chat assistance if needed is quick and polite. Feedback on order progress is good. I give 4.5/5 rating

Given the price you charge for the roses I expect the highest quality, ready to bloom and lasting ones. Other sites even a little bit more affordable deliver better quality than this one. I gave you two tries, not dealing with you again. To be fair, your decoration looked very similar to the pictures and the chocolates were legit(not copies).

Dear ChinaFlower214 Team, I ordered flowers in your shop 4 times over the last few months. So far I have been very happy with all my orders. The service is always good and fast and flowers were always delivered on the scheduled day (although sometimes earlier then requested). Most importantly my girlfriend seemed always very happy when she received the flowers. Unfortunately quality of shipped flowers was not always very good (as advertised). When talking to my girlfriend today she asked if I ordered in the same flower shop again, because some flowers are almost dead again. This was news to me, since she did not tell me about this before. So today she told me that all 4 times there were some or many almost dead flowers when she received them. Because my girlfriend did not want to badmouth my presents for her she only told me today. I would appreciate if you could take care of this issue in the future. Since I have been super happy with your service in general and since it is difficult to find a trustworthy online flower shop I am willing to give you another chance and will thus order with you once again on the next occasion. Flowers delivered very quickly. The recipient was unable to answer the phone and the flowers delivered to another address, where she does not live. When ordering, I did not specify an address, it had to be clarified with the recipient. Not for the first time use of the services, everything is always good, but this time it came out badly
