The Cake was well received. Unfortunately it was decorated with "Happy Birthday". I did not ask for any messages, it was intendet for Valentinsday. Nevertheless in general everyone was happy. I could increase the Star rating to 4 plus. Regards R. LEHMANN

After finding out there was a small error with my order. The ChinaFlowers214 representative was courteous, and resolved the issue immediately. No big deal you may be thinking... Well to me it is. You see I am 8466 miles (13624 km) away from the recipient and I needed the message to be clear. Thanks to the ChinaFlowers214 online support representative that assisted me, what I wanted to say from the heart was heard loud and clear halfway around the world.
