Customer Reviews
We needed to send a gift to our daughter and husband in Shanghai on the occasion of their wedding anniversary. We decided to send them an orchid plant. We looked online and decided to use China Flower 214. They kept us fully updated by emails on the status of the order, through to confirmation of delivery. They were very efficient and we would certainly use them again. Xie! Xie!

- Simo***I ordered a birthday cake in the U.S. for my mother for her 84th birthday 2 days in advance, to be delivered in Beijing. My Mom received the cake on time, and likes it. I would recommend this service to others and will use it again without reservation.
- Bett***I have placed two orders and both were delivered in a very timely manner and the flowers were well chosen and in good condition. I highly recommend CityFlower214 I also want to say that I had an issue with my account and contacted LiveChat. I was really surprised and impressed with the customer support person that I chatted with. I don't know if she was Chinese or another nationality, but her English was "native" and her comprehension of my problem and the speed with which she corrected it were impressive. I would say it was probably the most satisfying customer service experience I have ever had
- Ken ***Thank you for your excellent service! Keep it up.
