Sweet Time - 19 Roses

I have to give this company 5 out of 5 for their standards and performance.Today is Chinese valentines day,i didn't really know about it so i was panicking when i found out.It was already pass midday, I quickly came and ordered the flowers but on the order page there was a statement saying orders for the day have stopped even if you order now there is a chance it will not be delivered on this day but the following day.Knowing this i still had no choice better late than never. I sent the customer service an email asking them to please deliver it for me today,just trying my luck.They responded very quickly and told me they are processing the order and it will be delivered today.The ordered was then delivered within 3 hrs of me ordering.I am very impressed with the speed of delivery.I have used this company before but never on a tight deadline.This will be my go to company for flowers sent to china from now on.

Chinaflowers said that on Valentine’s Day I wouldn’t be able to choose the drop off time (because it’s so busy). So I expected them to be delivered at a really inconvenient time (which I didn’t mind). Turns out they delivered at 10am, so it ended up being a really nice surprise! Anyway, flowers were excellent and nicely presented. Definitely recommended.

I asked for a picture and I did not receive it I know their is flower services that take pictures how do I know that you even delivered the flowers

I put a WeChat ID of the recipent instead of a phone number, because I don't have the phone number. When I was proceeding to pay, nothing propmpted me that this is an unacceptable form of contact. It happened after I paid the money. The flowers were left at the security gate of the compound intead of being delivered to the recipent in her apartment. Now I have to ask the recipent to take the effort and pick the flowers from the security gate. It was supposed to be an apology! If I am making the recipent to take actions, the apology doesn't work. I have to add that the recipent doesn't speak Chinese and picking up flowers may be problematic. I don't know, if even any attempt was made to communicate with the recipent via WeChat. I am unhappy with the service. Next time I will choose a different service provider.
