Good the deluxe.. the flowers look exactly like in the photo. I didn't order the deluxe before and it didn't look like in the picture.. just looks kind of close like but not exactly.

This is the second time I have used China Flower214. I am in the USA, with friends in China. I do not speak Chinese. The web site is in English, and very well done. But most important is the customer service. My most recent order arrived before my friend landed in China. ChinaFlower214 reported they could not deliver because the Chinese phone was not active. I explained the situation and asked for patience. ChinaFlower214 followed up and made the delivery. This is a wonderful service, internationally aware, providing outstanding care and attention. Under difficult situations chinaflowers delivered beautiful flowers after a long wait trying to contact the lady concerned. Thank you for your time in getting the flowers to the lady. F J Baker.

The process of booking online was easy and the qualities of the flowers delivered was acceptable. However, after adding an extortionate 33USD surcharge for Valentine’s Day, taking the total to around 105USD, the company failed to deliver the vase that should have come with the flowers. They also failed to deliver my personalized message to my loved one. This was very disappointing as there was no personalized touch and my partner had no vase to put the flowers in. I feel cheated out of my money and expect the company to provide a partial refund to account for the failure to deliver the whole product.

I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement online from Pasadena, California for delivery in Wuhan, China that day. The transaction was secured through PayPal so that part was safely handled. I had the phone number wrong!!! They immediately contacted me and from across the world got things straightened out without delay. The flower arrangement delivered was like the one pictured on their website. This is a first class service and I recommend them to anyone nervous about who to give the business.
