Customer Reviews
Delivered in time however the quality of “deluxe package” which I paid extra for was poor and bad. I would not use this company again if the actual item received is far off from pictures on the original ad. My GF described the flower she received was wrapped like grocery, terrible and ugly. I have pictures. And it definitely not worth what was paid for.
- JOSE***Easy to order. On time delivery and very good quality, thank you team ChinaFlower214 :)
- Purv***You guys give the best service ever when it comes to preparing and shipping out your goods
- Dani***I've always used this to send flowers/gifts to my parents and I love it. But this time I sent some flowers to my Mom for her birthday and unfortunately she told me that the delivery person forgot to include a card/message and was very rude when she asked about it. It's a little disappointing because obviously I would never want to have send flowers to her on her birthday and risk someone upsetting her. I'm hoping this can be resolved and prevented in the future because overall my experience has been pretty good.
- Pame***Delivered within a few hours of me doing my online orded. Fabulous service. Highly recommend.
- Stev***Ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they were delivered within a few hours. Very professional and the flowers looked exactly like they were pictured on the website. Highly recommend and would order again!
- YW***Same day delivery in great condition! Best service!
