Customer Reviews

- Andr***Thank you very much. The Roses were beautiful. My fiance love them I will be doing business with your company many more times.
- jerr***Been using this service for a while. Products look great and are delivered on time. Be aware that contacting customer service is practically impossible. I tried to cancel an order and pick a different product, but every time I got no reply to my emails, their chats were offline, and only on the last day somebody finally answered the phone. By that time it was probably too late to make any changes anyway. I expect a much better customer service for the price.
- Greg***I ordered around 8PM (Chinese time) and I asked for the bouquet to be delivered the very next day before noon. They said the delivery time it's not guaranteed and given previous experiences with other similar companies i was a bit skeptical. However, it turned out that my skepticism was wrong cause the bouquet was delivered right on time! Very happy with their service! I will order again
