It's just this time i want to send her a fat/cute(like describe in the site) teddy bear that cost 67+10(shipping fee) totaling $77! And i'm bewildered on what she got... A cheap looking bear that you can seem to find anywhere else! I know it may look different a bit because of the area, but it's totally nowhere and i mean that, NO WHERE CLOSE to the one i purchased. I went to sent a complaint through cs and got bo freaking reply. Now i can't access live chat, after i sent out my complaint, live chat always say no officer online! Wtf! I'm so disappointed!!! We guarantee flowers in fresh and service in good quality. If not or we are not able to deliver to the recipient's place we will return 100% money back.
For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.

The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
