This was our first experience with this company. We ordered a Birthday cake from US to be delivered to mainland China and got charged via PayPal right away. When we sent an email to their customer service at service@chinaflower214.com and sale@chinaflower214.com to update a deliver date and asked for a reply to confirm the receipt of our request, no response! We called their hotline 020 3696 2293 many times, no answer! We tried to communicate with them via their Live Chat, no response either! Never ever use this company again!!

They said the delivery time it's not guaranteed and given previous experiences with other similar companies i was a bit skeptical. For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.

The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
