My friend threw these in the trash can because they are so old, ugly and so poorly prepared. She said she thought I must have told you to grab a handful of whatever you could find and stuff it in a vase. If you want pictures, I have them. She's right! I trusted you to send a good quality arrangement and you failed. I want my money back or a replacement bouquet send immediately. If you can't handle this different bouquet, then send a huge bouquet of roses, but do something. If this is not taken care of, I will never use this service again! - Madi***I am amazed- this kind of thing never happens in the USA. I ordered a gift basket this morning (Friday) to be delivered to my dad for Father's Day in China his time Saturday morning. I placed the order at around 11 am and at 10 pm (10 am in China on Saturday) the basket was delivered. My dad sent me some pictures and it looks exactly like the picture on the site. I am very impressed. Being able to process and fill my order in less than 12 hours is incredible. I am definitely using this site again. I used to use Graces Floral but they are so much more expensive for only slightly prettier designs.

For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
