Hello This Time I'm not Happy at all of your service. First birthday gift is a surprise and the receiving person SHOULD NOT KNOW the Surprise. One of your agent Called the Receiving person 2 Days before the date of Birthday Saying we have a Gift for you . This is not anymore a Surprise Gift. The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
