Sweet loving

The orchid plants I ordered were delivered right on time and were exactly what the online product description said they would be. The blossoms are full and fresh, and overall the plants appear to very healthy. With care, I think they will last a long time. Thanks so much, they are perfect for Christmas and my friend loves them!

Got great flowers delivered promptly as they promised, to my girlfriend in Shanghai for her birthday. excellent customer service, I contacted the company via live chat with some questions and them were given a satisfactory answer almost immediately.

1. My mother-in-law lives in Shanghai and every festival I send her gifts from your website. I made an order for a bouquet and for the first time i am very dissapointed with your company! Because every rose was wrapped in a net which looks like finishing net or the net from fruits that you buy in a market, but nothing like a beautiful wrapping as you used to have before, plus you increased the prices after New Year. If you do increase the price, then at least do not mess up the quality of your gifts! Do you think that roses are like beer bottles to be wrapped in a net???? Well, if you transort them in a net to protect the shape at least make an effort to remove the net when you give it to the recipient! 2. Roses were not fresh, they had lots of spray with shining particles on top to hide the fact that they withered, but we are not stupid. I am very very dissapointed, because the bouquet was for my mother-in-law and now she thinks that I ordered cheap flowers for her! Best regards, Veronika

ChinaFlower214 has done it again… I have always gotten outstanding service from these people, but they have outdone themselves this time. When I inadvertently entered the wrong address for delivery to my wife for the Mid-Autumn Festival, as soon as they were notified, they arranged a new order and had it sent to the correct location. And then (without my even having to ask), they promptly refunded me for the erroneous order. Thanks so much to you all at ChinaFlower214!!!

Canadian here, with the right info I had no problem ordering it (around Noon China time) and having it delivered there within a couple of hours. She wasn't home at the exact moment but received a call and called back to get it easily! The only thing is the price is not the best & they added 5$ for "out of city delivery" but... what do you expect? At least it works, THE DAY OF! Thumbs up i guess.
