Thank you China Flower 214 for responding to my urgent request and I would highly recommend them to all.

Been using this service for a while. Products look great and are delivered on time. Be aware that contacting customer service is practically impossible. I tried to cancel an order and pick a different product, but every time I got no reply to my emails, their chats were offline, and only on the last day somebody finally answered the phone. By that time it was probably too late to make any changes anyway. I expect a much better customer service for the price.

I order a bear and flower and chocolate they delivered bad quality of flower without the bear and chocolate when we call to ask for the gift according to the receipt they didnt answer and they only answer when the delivery man call them and after a discussion they come back with the bear and wrong chocolate and we had to call again to get the chocolate They refused to recompensate me for destroying my valentine surprise I dont advice any one to work with them

I live in the UK and I ordered the flower to my fiancee who lives in China. I ordered it and few hours later it was delivered. Definitely worth it. It made her very happy. 谢谢

Valentine's day 2016.8.9) . The flowers arrived for my wife but they were already mostly dead, she had to refuse dekivery of them because they were if such poor quality. Have written several times to this company but no reply!
