Hello This Time I'm not Happy at all of your service. First birthday gift is a surprise and the receiving person SHOULD NOT KNOW the Surprise. One of your agent Called the Receiving person 2 Days before the date of Birthday Saying we have a Gift for you . This is not anymore a Surprise Gift. Second I wrote a Birthday message to be Placed with the Gift , This Card Message Was Missing. So ABSOLUTELY NOT HAPPY and I don't know if I ill continuer with you.

I was very impressed with the wonderful service and attention I was given, the flowers were delivered in a timely manner inspite of the fact that my fian'ce had her phone turned off while at work. Was expecting light blue roses with a fresh green motif (as shown in the picture). Instead we got depressing dark blue *painted* roses with dark green leaves. Also, strangely glittery for some reason. :-( We reached out to the flower shop and they said that's what the website asked for. I have been unable to get support from the website via the "live chat" option, and the website phone number doesn't work either.
