- Gary***ordered flowers to be sent to Xi An the night before Valentine's Day 2016. Got a receipt and everything. Online customer service claims the flowers will be sent by Vday. It's already 6pm and still my gf hasn't gotten any flowers. Customer service hotline is uncontactable, online live chat has zero response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
