Excellent flower delivery, good quality, fast delivery, thank you!

I've always used this to send flowers/gifts to my parents and I love it. But this time I sent some flowers to my Mom for her birthday and unfortunately she told me that the delivery person forgot to include a card/message and was very rude when she asked about it. It's a little disappointing because obviously I would never want to have send flowers to her on her birthday and risk someone upsetting her. I'm hoping this can be resolved and prevented in the future because overall my experience has been pretty good.

This is the second time I have used China Flower214. I am in the USA, with friends in China. I do not speak Chinese. The web site is in English, and very well done. But most important is the customer service. My most recent order arrived before my friend landed in China. ChinaFlower214 reported they could not deliver because the Chinese phone was not active. I explained the situation and asked for patience. ChinaFlower214 followed up and made the delivery. This is a wonderful service, internationally aware, providing outstanding care and attention. I will always use China Flower214 in the future. Many thanks for excellent service. (signed) Bill G in San Francisco
