The prices are good and the delivery while delivered on the same day the on time option doesn't always happen (last order) I received a refund so it's was a good experience using this company

I initially ordered a cake which indicated on the order Whole China mainland as Delivery Area, but they told me the cake can't be delivered the day before delivery day, and didn't give me a reason for why it can't be delivered.

First off I would like to thank the people involved in allowing this service to be available. I have only ordered once but everything was as smooth as it could have been. The arrangement was delivered within the recommended timeframe and was gorgeous! It couldn't have looked any better and exactly like the picture is represented on the site. For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
