Excellent service! I highly recommend "ChinaFlower214"! Being in Moscow, I have ordered delivery of flowers to Sanya for my sister's Birthday. The flowers were delivered at the scheduled time! The staff at the hotel where my sister has stayed didn't speak English. Unfortunately, I don't speak Chinese. Thanks to employees of Online Support who helped me with the translation! Birthday surprise was successful! You are the best!!!

I send flowers to my girl from half way around the world and these folks always get it right!! So impressed with your roses.. Thanks so much, you have a customer for life, Sincerely, Richard Sousa..

They marked my order as delivered but the recipient never received them. When I sent them an email, they called the RECIPIENT and apologized to THEM saying they did not have time because of the workload today. So if I had not said anything, they would have just taken my money and not done anything. This is really poor service.

too bad the roses lost petals the same evening, definitely not a deluxe quality of those flowers
