Valentine’s Day is the day people usually give flowers to our loved ones. Because of the pandemic it’s impossible to offer each other bouquets if lovers live in a different country. I ordered mine at 3am China time on V-Day and it was delivered the same day at 11am. Congratulations, you made two people happy despite not having seen each other for 1 year. I’ll use your services again. BUT make an effort on the card, the message enclosed wasn’t exactly what I had written (why I only put 4 stars)

I had never ordered flowers online so you are always worry.But I have to say that I was so very pleased. The flowers were delivered on time and my mother loved them. Would order again and tell others as well.

This is the 7th time ive placed an order with this company. Until this order my items were delivered on time and have been of very good quality. I've ordered many flowers, cake, stuffed animals, etc. This order was 2 items I was sending to my daughter for her birthday. Some of the items ask that you order 2 days in advance. I placed my order 4 days in advance to ensure they arrive on the specific day I requested. Only 1 item was delivered. I sent an email to customer service asking about the missing items. Within a few minutes I received an email telling me my order was delivered. I responded to that email once again stating I didn't receive all the items I ordered. A few hours later I received an email saying they were sending out the remainder of my order. While I appreciate them correcting the order. I have no idea when it will actually arrive. In addition I had to place a late order with another company at additional cost to ensure my daughter received a gift on her actual birthday.
