My mom in Hangzhou received the flower basket and she's very happy to receive the flowers. THANKS!!!!! Unfortunately, I meant to send the basket to mom for Mother's Day and wrote the note Happy Mother's Day (in Chinese) included in my order, however, the flower basket was delivered with a "Happy Birthday" card on top of the basket. I ordered a TerryBear and 12 Roses package. I email ahead asking if it's possible to change the 12 Pink Roses to 12 Red Roses and the reply telling to add on the comment before paying/checkout. So I did what I was guided to do. Following is what I wrote on as request and I can't believe they actually type all these instructions on a piece of paper and sent it with the flowers. This is just embarrassing to say the least!!!!

Propt deliver of what appear to have been fresh and beautiful flowers (judging by the words of my girlfriend). And this was done the same day although they had a waring for tulips that they have to be ordered two days in advance - they ended up delivering the bouquet the same day. Good job!
