I was very apprehensive about using an online florist broker because of a bad experience with another company, but I wanted to send flowers to a city in China. I decided to try ChinaFlower214. Following the instructions on their website was quick, easy, and in English. There were even options as to a particular time period for delivery. I received a prompt email confirmation. Per my recipient, the delivery person called ahead of time to ensure she would be home (nice touch). She sent me a photo of the flowers and they looked perfect. She was extremely pleased with the healthy look of the flowers. I used the option to leave a message card with the delivery, and ChinaFlower214 had someone hand write the note. Another nice touch. I’m very, very pleased with the service and quality of the flowers. I will absolutely use them again.

But when placing a order, you must provide a local contact phone number to get everything process quickly. But Over all, they still can deliver & get the job well done. I've used ChinaFlower214 a few times. They always deliver on time and throughout Mainland China and the quality of flowers delivered is also very good. However they seem to end up delivering the wrong colour roses. Every time I request for Dark Pink Roses to be delivered, as they are my girlfriend's favourite, they end up delivering either Peach or Baby Pink. The colours listed on their website isn't a good match either. I'm still hoping that I would be able to send Dark Pink Roses to my girlfriend soon

My girlfriend was really happy she received the flowers except that she really likes pink roses. I ordered 33 pink roses but instead the roses that came were orange instead
