If there is ever a change they are there with an immediate reply, even if it’s not considered “business hours” there at my hour here in the states. I am very unhappy with your services for the following reasons: 1. You delivered the flowers without my message. No message, nothing at all. There is no impact in receiving the present. Please check your message system. Did you not receive my message? 2. The flowers look stale and are definitely not fresh. 3. I did not expect cheap Ferrero Rocher chocolates. These were not the chocolates on your picture in your website. 4. I thought I ordered deluxe packing. It certainly does not look like deluxe. 5. I am terribly disappointed.
