ChinaFlower214 has done it again… I have always gotten outstanding service from these people, but they have outdone themselves this time. When I inadvertently entered the wrong address for delivery to my wife for the Mid-Autumn Festival, as soon as they were notified, they arranged a new order and had it sent to the correct location. And then (without my even having to ask), they promptly refunded me for the erroneous order. Thanks so much to you all at ChinaFlower214!!!

China Flower 214 is a great way to send flowers to a loved one in China. They are helpful made it easy to use. Would recommend them to anyone. I have used them now 3 times in a short time and plan on continuing to use them. Your information is safe and secure and delivers are done on time like they say. I used the live chat the first time to walk me through it on now I just order and wait for confirmation. The flowers a beautiful fresh and look just like the pictures. 5 stars nothing bad to say and nothing I think they can improve on. Thanks again my sweetheart loves getting them.

The prices are good and the delivery while delivered on the same day the on time option doesn't always happen (last order) I received a refund so it's was a good experience using this company
