It is a little difficult to find a reliable online gift or flower delivery service, especially if you are in the US looking for something special for someone in CHINA. They don't have the most modern website layouts and to the general user you might be nervous to try a service like this. But I am here to tell you, the prices are good, the delivery was on time, and the product was exactly as described. I could not be more satisfied. My partner was surprised and delighted by my gift. they also allow you to put in your own heart-felt message without a major character limit, so surely you can come up with a brief message they will print and send along with the flowers you order. you will get a high value out of this and most importantly your loved one, significant other etc.. will get their flowers as shown on the website, on time and for a good price. if you are in the US and looking to send flowers abroad...try chinaflower214!!!!! these days people are quick to complain but much less likely to commend a job well done. thank all staff and chinaflower214 partners :-)

Delivery was precise and ontime. Recipient was delighted to see the phalanopsis orchid well arranged and nurtured. Their stems are high, healthy and impressive. This is the second time he received it. The first one he received in January lasted nearly two months.

I don't usually write reviews but I am very happy with the service I received. I live in the US and wanted to send my friend from Beijing flowers for her birthday. When they did not reach her initially, they notified me and made their best effort to re-deliver the item, which they did! She sent me pictures and the flowers were beautiful! Great service.

The online ordering is easy and the delivery name & address can be entered in Chinese, which makes much sense. Most importantly the delivery is timely.

The website was very user friendly, and I liked how everything was 90 percent English and my girlfriend was correct that it made things a lot easier that for the address and the name of the receiver was in Chinese at last 10 percent. (Just made it easer for the shipper to read). So it was a great idea that I was given the information in Chinese. As soon as I purchased what I was looking for, my girlfriend received them two hours later. I know this because she called me at 9pm at night and shew was a very happy lady. So I will go about using this service again, as I liked how direct and efficient was.

I live in the UK and I ordered the flower to my fiancee who lives in China. I ordered it and few hours later it was delivered. Definitely worth it. It made her very happy. 谢谢
