My order was not sent. You guys are uncontactable. Very surprising!

Was expecting light blue roses with a fresh green motif (as shown in the picture). Instead we got depressing dark blue *painted* roses with dark green leaves. Also, strangely glittery for some reason. :-( We reached out to the flower shop and they said that's what the website asked for. I have been unable to get support from the website via the "live chat" option, and the website phone number doesn't work either.

I don't usually write bad reviews however I have felt the need to this time for future customers to be aware. I had recently ordered flowers for my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary. As we are in a long distance relationship, it was crucial for the flowers to be delivered perfectly as a surprise. Unfortunately, there were a couple of things that dissatisfied my surprise plan. Firstly, the card message that was supposedly have been sent with the flowers were undelivered. Secondly, I paid extra to add a white rose to the single red rose which was also nowhere to be seen. Lastly, when the flowers got delivered, the delivery man had revealed to my boyfriend asking where he could leave the rose as he was not at home at that time. It would have been better if they had not revealed what the delivery was for private reasons Due to the unsuccessful suprise event, the plan was ruined and I will not be recommending or buying flowers from here again.
