Every time! Wonderfully fresh and beautiful roses delivered on time, thanks so much

I ordered a TerryBear and 12 Roses package. I email ahead asking if it's possible to change the 12 Pink Roses to 12 Red Roses and the reply telling to add on the comment before paying/checkout. So I did what I was guided to do. Following is what I wrote on as request and I can't believe they actually type all these instructions on a piece of paper and sent it with the flowers. This is just embarrassing to say the least!!!!

Very profestinal returned emails promptly They did not have the flowers i wanted in the city i was sending so they went out of there way to get the flowers i wanted and delivered within 2 days of my order . They were beautiful and healthy My lady was very impressed. Thank you China flower I will use your service again

The bouquet was lovely, however it was left outside next to a delivery box. I mentioned those are to be delivered at the 9th floor reception but that was not considered. Next time please follow the instructions clearly. Thank you

The website was easy to navigate and complete my transaction. Delivery was made within the time frame I stipulated, and indeed was on the same day I ordered them. The roses were excellent, exactly the same as I expect from a good florist in Canada. Wrapping and overall presentation were also well executed.

My order of fruit and flowers for my friends birthday looked exactly like the photo. I really appreciate China Flower 214. Shopping from America to China feels really uncertain. But every time I use them, I absolutely love the results. And I feel like the price is a good value.
