Hi I ordered flowers for Valentines Day for my Girlfriend who was visiting in Beijing. I ordered "Feelings Resonates". Valentines day came, she received a call from the delivery company as to when the flowers will arrive. The flowers did arrive on time, they looked great, just like the picture, good quality roses. The only hitch, there were supposed to be 36 roses and she had received only 32. Not a huge deal, but considering I was paying for a certain amount of roses, I am disappointed that she did not receive what I had paid for. Thank you, Richard

This is the second time I have used China Flower214. I am in the USA, with friends in China. I do not speak Chinese. The web site is in English, and very well done. Dont use this company, it can not be trusted. I ordered and payed for flowers to be deliverd for Qixi. There was no problem to order or to pay. But the delivery was another story. As they sell flowers which they dont have available and dont substitute no flowers was delivered. Never again.

We guarantee flowers in fresh and service in good quality. If not or we are not able to deliver to the recipient's place we will return 100% money back.
For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
